Repairs are free on all Lula jewelry. Minor alterations are free as well unless significant changes are needed requiring more material. I will deterimine any additional cost, if necessary, and notify you prior to completing the alteration.
For alterations and/or repairs on all personal jewelry (non Lula jewelry) a $5.00 charge will apply unless a significant amount of material and time is required, price may vary slightly. You will be informed prior to the alteration of any additional charge.
